During this era of CoVid-19 and social unrest, now more than ever it is important to take care of important business we may have put off for too long. Getting your Last Will & Testament in order might seem like a daunting task, but once it is completed your heart and mind can rest easy knowing your final wishes are clearly stated and will be followed.
The in-person free wills clinic originally planned for April has been put on indefinite hold until the virus can be brought under control and it is safe to meet normally again. It will be rescheduled as soon as safely possible.
But the need to arrange your final affairs is great, and more relevant now than ever.
So, until it is safe to meet again in person, the Law Office of Villarreal & Associates, under the direction of our church member Celeste Villarreal, is offering a free, virtual wills clinic to be conducted over email, Zoom meetings, and telephone.
If you are interested in having your will prepared, please fill out the sign-up sheet at the front of the church office, or email your name, email address, phone number, and preferred day and time to set up a virtual meeting on your computer or phone to celeste@celestevillarreal.com.
You will be provided a worksheet by email for you to fill out to gather the information needed to draft your will. Hard copies of the worksheet will also be made available at the church office. Ms. Villarreal or her associate attorney Matthew Gideon will contact you to discuss your situation and help you prepare and finalize the documents you need.
This service is being offered to you at no cost, but if you feel moved to offer a donation for services rendered it will be happily accepted.
